Floating Service Technician – Littleton

About the role

Greystar, a global leader in real‑estate and property management, is seeking a Floating Service Technician for its Littleton location. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspection.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.
• Inspect contractor work periodically to verify quality, scope and specifications.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• EPA Type I, II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling and any state‑required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart where applicable.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on‑call evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills
