Floating Leasing Professional

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before resident arrival and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing tactics accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi property management software.
