About the role
The Floating Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure smooth move‑ins, and maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate lease signings.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Manage resident move‑in logistics and address any issues that arise.
- Support resident renewal efforts and maintain ongoing resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.
