Floating Leasing Manager – San Diego

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to oversee marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a multifamily community in the San Diego area. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while managing a leasing team and ensuring a ready inventory of apartments.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet occupancy targets.
- Lead sales activities and on‑site traffic management.
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of “ready” apartments and set rent pricing.
- Coordinate leasing team members and other resources to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor resident retention metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in leasing or sales within multifamily housing (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
- Willingness to accept average 30‑day assignments at different communities as staffing needs dictate.
