About the role
The Floating Leasing Consultant supports multiple Greystar communities on the Active Adult platform. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, create engaging events, and help build a vibrant community experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including prospect qualification, tours, applications, credit checks, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination.
- Collect and record essential move‑in information from new residents.
- Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives and events, such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing campaigns.
Required profile
- Professionalism and enthusiasm when interacting with prospects and residents.
- Ability to quickly adapt to each community’s unique lifestyle and culture.
- Strong organizational skills for managing applications, documentation, and event logistics.
