Floating Community Manager - Southern Denver

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned apartment community in the Southern Denver area. The role combines property management, resident services, and financial oversight to ensure the community meets budgetary and operational goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with due‑diligence, file audits, unit inspections, and onboarding of new residents.
• Coach onsite team members, provide training, and implement performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage community budgets, track financial performance, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and reconcile charges to appropriate accounting codes.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and manage resident move‑out processes.
• Monitor market trends, create marketing and leasing strategies, and manage online reputation and social media channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work independently or as a team leader.
• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required real‑estate or property‑management licenses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong internet, word‑processing, spreadsheet, and database‑management skills.
• Ability to operate a golf cart on‑site with a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
