Fleet Operations Associate

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to join its Fleet Operations Team. The associate keeps cars clean and maintained and moves them to where Zipcar members need them, working all around the city by foot, bike, public transit or Zipcar.

Key responsibilities

• Keep vehicles clean and maintained so they are ready for Zipcar members
• Change tires, fill the gas tank, clean cars and help coordinate tows or repairs
• Provide vehicle status updates to the operations team
• Carry tools and marketing materials

Required profile

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs of tools and materials
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
