Fleet Operations Associate

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate in New York. The associate keeps vehicles clean, maintained and ready for members, travelling between locations by foot, bike, public transit or company vehicle. The role is on-site and cannot be done remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Transport vehicles, refuel them, clean them and change tires
• Coordinate repairs or towing when needed
• Keep vehicles ready for members and represent the company across different locations in the city

Required profile

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
• Age 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel continuously
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
