Fleet Manager – Transport Logistics

About the role

We are an international transport logistics company operating in the United States and are seeking a detail‑oriented Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for keeping our trucks and trailers running safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair scheduling for trucks and trailers.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate repair costs, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all servicing and maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct driver check‑ins and ensure regular vehicle inspections.
• Submit reports on equipment status and overall fleet performance.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Quick learner with good information retention.
• Experience or understanding of fleet management, production oversight, or maintenance optimization processes.
• Upper‑intermediate level English proficiency.
