Fitness Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Fitness Sales Coordinator supports Celsius’ Fitness & Military sales teams across the CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® brands. Based full‑time at the Boca Raton headquarters, you will ensure smooth operations for fitness, military, and limited food‑service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage input and communication with CELH Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for Military and Fitness channels.
• Pull and submit invoices for military partners (Marines, AAFES) via military portals into the ESKER platform.
• Coordinate and support product demos across Fitness, Military, and Food Service segments.
• Track projects and workflows using Monday.com.
• Handle marketing assets, customer tradeshow execution, and order fulfillment follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in operations, account coordination, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes and invoice management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
