Fitness Coach / Trainer

About the role

The Exercise Coach is looking for enthusiastic Fitness Coaches to deliver personalized and small‑group strength training in our nationwide studios. You will work directly with members of all ages, helping them achieve their health goals in a supportive, distraction‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness consultations and assessments.
• Lead one‑on‑one and small‑group exercise sessions.
• Track client progress and provide education on proper technique.
• Promote and sell monthly memberships, packages, and additional services.
• Monitor studio metrics to help grow the business.

Required profile

• Passion for health, fitness, and strength training.
• Excellent communication skills, both in‑person and on the phone.
• Strong people skills and a genuine love for working with clients.
• Energetic, positive attitude that inspires members.
