About the role
Under the direction of the Finishing Manager, the Finishing Specialist performs a wide range of print finishing, post‑production, and packaging tasks in a fast‑paced reprographics and digital printing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform print finishing operations such as weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and installing grommets.
- Prepare and package completed printed materials and large‑format graphics for timely delivery.
- Label, secure, and ship finished jobs according to production standards.
- Maintain, clean, and support finishing and production equipment.
- Assist with inventory control and organize production and finishing supplies.
- Construct boxes and packaging materials as needed and support the installation team on‑site.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in print finishing, production, reprographics, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
