Financial Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Financial Data Entry Specialist to support our rapidly growing U.S.-based HR‑tech SaaS platform. This fully remote position focuses on accurate financial transaction processing, data validation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer sales orders, invoices, payment records, and deal transactions into Salesforce and QuickBooks Online.
• Audit financial entries against source documents to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
• Maintain and update master records for account profiles, tier pricing, products, and sales logs.
• Enforce quality‑control protocols to protect sensitive financial and customer information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience in financial data entry, bookkeeping, sales operations, or accounting workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with Salesforce.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar SaaS ERP systems.
