About the role
We are partnering with a local company in Denver to hire a hands‑on Financial Controller who will lead the finance function and support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day company accounts and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist with financial planning and provide analysis for business initiatives.
- Oversee budget forecasting, cash‑flow management, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a controller or senior finance role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with current financial software.
- In‑depth understanding of US GAAP.
