Financial Analyst – Tableau & Data Visualization

About the role

FinHub is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to support its US‑based parent company. The role blends financial analysis with data visualization, turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze budgets, income‑statement forecasts and other financial data.
• Prepare regular performance reports and interactive dashboards in Tableau (or Power BI).
• Conduct business studies, develop forecast models and identify trends.
• Advise senior analysts on actions based on sound analysis.
• Track actual results versus forecasts and reconcile transactions.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive financial‑analysis experience.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI (hands‑on).
• Advanced Excel.
• SQL for data extraction.
• Python (preferred).
• Statistical analysis and related software.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and MS Office.
