Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting and analysis across all business levels, both internally and for external customers. You will collect, record, and interpret financial statements, turning complex data into clear insights for non‑financial stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, profitability, ROI and other financial metrics.
• Develop planning and forecasting models for sales and financial results.
• Submit financial statements to standardized electronic reporting systems.
• Provide feedback on accounting standards and recommend performance improvements.
• Gather data from legal, operations, audit and marketing for senior‑leadership presentations.
• Offer cross‑functional financial advice and consulting to non‑financial teams.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks, communicating findings to management.
• Support budgeting processes and present at seminars or training sessions.
• Assist and guide less‑experienced staff as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or business (or equivalent experience).
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting complex financial topics.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including spreadsheet modeling and data interpretation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data‑warehouse applications.
• Statistical analysis methods for large data sets.
