Finance Manager

About the role

Thesis is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial reporting and planning processes, ensuring the company has the visibility needed for informed decision‑making and capital efficiency as it scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare investor and board reports, track KPIs, and conduct scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Creative, Operations, and Tech teams to align budgets and plans.
• Produce mid‑month and month‑end flash reports for real‑time leadership insight.
• Oversee expense management, vendor onboarding, bill approvals, and payroll processing.
• Maintain and expand the financial software stack.
• Coordinate month‑end close with external bookkeeper and tax filings with accountants.
• Partner with People Ops on risk management and insurance programs.
• Support Supply Chain on inventory and sales‑operations planning.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting or related fields.
• Prior experience in a start‑up or high‑growth environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with fluency in Excel.
