Finance Lead

About the role

Revin is looking for its first finance hire to build the finance function from the ground up. You will work directly with the VP of Operations and senior leadership, owning the core financial systems that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company’s financial model used by leadership and the board.
• Manage the full month‑end close process, including accruals, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the entire order‑to‑cash cycle: invoicing, collections, and ensuring revenue integrity.
• Drive planning and capital strategy, including burn‑rate monitoring, runway analysis, and scenario planning.
• Produce dashboards and board materials that translate raw numbers into strategic decisions.
• Partner on fundraising efforts when required.
• Analyze ROI, unit economics, pricing, gross margin, CAC, payback, and cohort performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a finance function or leading finance operations in a high‑growth environment.
• Hands‑on, founder‑mindset with the ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort presenting financial insights to executives and boards.
