Finance Integration Manager – Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Integration Manager will lead finance readiness and execution for the Blockchain & Digital Currencies business within Mastercard. Reporting to the Finance Integration Lead, you will coordinate cross‑functional finance workstreams, track risks, and deliver financial analysis that supports strategic transactions and day‑one readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance integration planning and execution for strategic transactions, partnerships, or business initiatives.
• Coordinate deliverables across FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
• Maintain integration trackers, issue logs, milestone plans, and action‑item lists.
• Prepare financial analysis of integration costs, synergies, run‑rate impacts, stranded costs, and vendor commitments.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for integrated businesses, including transition costs and headcount.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities for integration‑related financials.
• Identify financial, operational, and control risks and develop mitigation plans and leadership updates.
• Partner with Sourcing, Legal, and business owners to evaluate vendor contracts and transition service needs.

Required profile

• Strong financial acumen with experience in integration finance or corporate finance.
• Proven project‑management discipline and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex integration needs into clear actions.
• Ability to provide timely insights, decision support, and executive‑ready reporting.
