Finance Analyst Rotational Program – 24‑Month Development

About the role

The Analyst, Finance Rotational Program is a 24‑month development opportunity designed for recent graduates to gain accelerated exposure to financial services at Santander. Participants rotate through two 12‑month assignments within the Finance organization, working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business results, financial metrics and key performance indicators to provide insights to management.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and prior‑year results.
• Evaluate and test financial control systems, reporting findings.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning and monthly forecasting for business lines.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Financial Planning and Strategy teams to ensure alignment.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and analyses as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years internship experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Consulting or Investment Banking (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to finance and business leadership.
