About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional in Victoria, TX, where you will install and service cutting‑edge smart home technology while providing consultative sales to enhance customers’ safety and convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems at residential locations.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgrades or additional services that improve security and automation.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best practices for protecting their families.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any technical issues to the support team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport and act with integrity.
• Sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and leadership training.

Required skills

• Security camera installation
• Smart lock installation
• Home automation system troubleshooting
• Cable/satellite installation experience (preferred)
