About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home’s field team in Prattville, AL and become the face of cutting‑edge smart‑home technology. You will install, service, and troubleshoot connected devices while helping homeowners upgrade to safer, more efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on system operation to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service sales is a plus.
• Technical aptitude – background in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and leadership training.
