About the role

Infosys is seeking a Field Service Management Consultant to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit. You will work across multiple US locations, helping utility and energy clients accelerate digital transformation through advanced AI and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis projects using predictive analytics and scenario modelling to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Evaluate IT solutions against client goals, providing recommendations for technology adoption.
• Produce precise system documentation and translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Research third‑party products, delivering detailed insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities.
• Design solution architectures and create comprehensive diagrams ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Drive technical implementation, optimizing system performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to guarantee long‑term system stability.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in evaluating and implementing IT solutions within the utilities or energy domain.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data‑driven analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Research acumen to assess third‑party technologies and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Architectural design experience with a focus on scalability, resilience, and integration.
