Field Sales Consultant – Outside Sales Rep

About the role

The Field Sales Consultant is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative who builds relationships with prospective and existing homeowners, promoting a range of renovation services across Texas. You will work with a leading home-improvement network, receiving pre-qualified leads and comprehensive training to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and present the company’s product lines, including baths, custom closets, and exterior upgrades.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with homeowners.
• Achieve sales quotas and planned goals through consistent effort and a positive attitude.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a full work schedule that may include evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, determined and persuasive personality.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and receive coaching.
• Confident public speaking and approachable demeanor.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
