About the role

SevenAI is building an AI‑driven security operations platform and needs a Field Marketing Manager to grow awareness and demand in California. You will design and execute regional programs that generate pipeline and revenue, working closely with sales, product, and growth teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver high‑impact events such as executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars.
• Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and accelerate deals.
• Develop and run account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high‑value prospects.
• Launch integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels.
• Experiment with AI‑driven tools to personalize outreach and improve performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Support co‑marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing within cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of supporting pipeline generation through events and regional programs.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows.
