Field Marketing Lead

About the role

Connected International, Inc. is seeking a proactive Field Marketing Lead to drive brand activations, demos, and on‑site events for its Los Angeles market. You will coordinate all logistical aspects of events while ensuring brand standards are met and performance metrics are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and support events, takeovers, trade shows, festivals, and pop‑ups, handling preparation, on‑site execution, and breakdown.
• Serve as the primary field marketing contact for Connected and Alien Labs brands.
• Plan and coordinate event equipment logistics, including staging, transport, and timely on‑site delivery.
• Manage pick‑up, return, tracking, and condition of all team equipment.
• Oversee storage organization and maintain accurate inventory counts for event assets.
• Develop standardized processes for asset tracking, storage, and replenishment.
• Conduct spot checks to verify team presence and brand‑standard execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for account issues and training questions during activations.
• Provide weekly activity recaps covering performance, insights, inventory needs, and operational improvements.
• Monitor team check‑ins/check‑outs and ensure communication of off‑day arrivals and exits.
• Support field team training and ensure event execution aligns with brand presentation standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in trade or field marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Strong passion for cannabis and deep understanding of the state’s retail landscape.
• Ability to meet individual Key Performance Indicators while supporting team goals.
