About the role

You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape product roadmaps, and influence resource allocation to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the marketing function to meet strategic goals across a broad functional area.
• Direct development of market requirements, product strategy, technology roadmaps, and pricing for specific product lines.
• Lead effective marketing and cross‑functional teams, overseeing business plans, market penetration analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Recommend resource deployment to the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
• Establish pricing strategies that protect market leadership while enhancing profit margins.
• Drive collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and communicate critical market needs.

• Influences internal and external business or regulatory issues impacting the organization.
