Field Installation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Installation Specialist to lead new‑construction installation operations for a nationally recognized windows and doors brand in Central Virginia. The role combines project coordination, installer management, and quality oversight to ensure timely, high‑quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all job‑site activities during new‑construction installations.
• Coach and manage installer partners to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with sales, logistics and site superintendents.
• Conduct pre‑installation site visits to verify readiness and coordinate with contractors.
• Perform post‑installation inspections, manage rework, and approve subcontractor invoices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of new‑construction experience, preferably hands‑on installation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
