About the role

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Logan County, West Virginia. You will conduct brief exterior visits to verify property occupancy and report on general conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status using industry‑standard indicators.
• Capture nine or more photos per inspection.
• Submit concise reports through mobile reporting applications.
• Plan and manage your own routing, schedule, and territory.
• Maintain consistent coverage and meet deadline requirements.

Required profile

• Independent contractor able to provide own reliable, fuel‑efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet access and a printer.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Pass a standard background check.

Required skills
