Field Advisor – Roof System Repairs & Inspections

About the role

The Field Advisor will support daily operations by performing roof system repairs, inspections, gathering details for quotes, maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. Communicates effectively with clients, completes digital reporting, collaborates with Field Support to improve processes, and performs related duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Weekly travel throughout designated region with overnight stays; hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
• Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on rooftops.
• Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and digital reporting.
