About the role

The Salt Company Female Resident is a two‑year, full‑time developmental role designed to train and equip future ministry leaders within The Salt Company and Citizens Church. Residents will grow spiritually, develop ministry competency, and engage in hands‑on mission to college students.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate The Salt Company, overseeing systems, workflows, and weekly gatherings.
  • Lead 1–2 discipleship groups for female student leaders and provide weekly mentorship to 5–7 freshmen.
  • Participate in campus outreach, gospel follow‑up, mission trips, and evangelistic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Salt Company staff, attend meetings, and contribute to conferences and leadership summits.
  • Serve as a full staff member of Citizens Church, attending meetings, Sunday duties, and special events.
