About the role
This full‑time staff position at Cornerstone reports to Hannah Beth Gilbert and focuses on discipleship, student mentorship, and supporting various ministry teams. The role integrates spiritual growth with practical leadership responsibilities within the Salt Company community.
Key responsibilities
- Grow as a disciple of Jesus, attending and serving in all Cornerstone events and meetings.
- Meet a new student each Thursday night and mentor 6‑7 students weekly, ensuring at least half are non‑leaders.
- Lead two weekly D‑Group sessions of 8‑10 students each.
- Maintain a monthly financial support goal of $1,500.
- Provide support to minor teams such as Freshmen, Global, C‑Group, and Church Planting.
- Teach a Gospel 101 class in the spring and participate in Cornerstone ministry events.
