About the role
This part‑time Federal Work Study position provides administrative assistance to various college departments, supporting student accounts, financial aid, and career services. The role is ideal for an enrolled student seeking hands‑on experience in a campus office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Create and type correspondence for student services.
- Prepare and mail financial aid packets.
- Assist in setting up and developing student workshops and events.
- Monitor supply inventory for equipment used by the student population.
- Support on‑campus activities related to clubs and student organizations.
Required profile
- Must be enrolled at Platt College and meet Federal Work Study eligibility.
- Maintain at least 90% attendance and a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Comply with financial aid requirements and attendance policies.
Required skills
- Basic office skills.
- Computer literate.
What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $16.90.
