Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join the primary‑care team at Ochsner Lafayette General in Crowley, Louisiana. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care while leveraging innovative digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary‑care services to patients in the Crowley community, covering both family and internal medicine needs.
• Collaborate with LPN Care Coordinators, outpatient care managers, and a large subspecialty network to close care gaps and manage complex patients.
• Utilize digital‑medicine platforms to support chronic‑condition management and patient engagement.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and wRVU‑based incentive programs.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within an integrated health system.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi‑specialty environment.
• Willingness to engage in teaching, research, or community‑service opportunities.
