Family Vacation Planner – Remote

About the role

Shroff Travel is seeking a dedicated Family Vacation Planner to join its remote team. In this full‑time position you will help families design memorable trips by researching options, creating itineraries and coordinating bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss travel dates, budget, accommodation, transportation and activity preferences with clients.
• Research flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours and other options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions and cancellation terms and present clear recommendations.
• Prepare detailed travel proposals and answer routine itinerary questions.
• Coordinate selected options with booking teams and accurately document customer decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supplier information, destination requirements and service changes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent written communication.
• Highly organized with keen attention to dates, traveler names, pricing and cancellation terms.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options and explain trade‑offs clearly.
• Reliable follow‑through on customer inquiries and handoffs.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
• Familiarity with travel booking and itinerary software.
