Family Care Consultant – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

As a Family Care Consultant you will be the first point of contact for families seeking support with caregiving challenges. The role is fully remote, flexible and hourly, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from families and referral partners.
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify caregiver needs and guide them to appropriate Nolia programs.
• Explain services, answer insurance questions, schedule appointments and record accurate notes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care navigators to ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Meet daily goals for call volume, appointments booked, and program enrollments.

Required profile

• Ability to build trust quickly and make callers feel comfortable.
• Strong listening skills and capacity to adapt conversations without a script.
• Empathy for emotional situations such as new diagnoses, caregiver burnout, or financial stress.
• Organized, able to juggle multiple conversations and follow‑through on tasks.
• No specific degree required; experience in caregiving, customer service, sales or similar fields is valued.

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems for note‑taking and scheduling.
