Family Assistant & House Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, warm professional to join our high‑energy family of five in Marina del Rey. The role combines daily household management, child support, meal preparation, and reliable transportation for school and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily school drop‑offs and pick‑ups across three different campuses and transport sports gear as needed.
• Plan, prep, and cook healthy, protein‑forward meals (up to five meals per week) while adhering to strict dietary restrictions (dairy, rice, gluten).
• Manage laundry, linens, and uniform organization to ensure readiness each day.
• Reset kitchen and common areas each morning, tidy bedrooms, vacuum high‑traffic zones, and maintain overall household cleanliness.
• Assist with grocery shopping, inventory management, and occasional donation drop‑offs.
• Support family calendar, travel planning, and vendor coordination for home repairs and maintenance.
• Handle pet care logistics, including transporting the family dog to a sitter during travel.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep: schedule maintenance, fuel, clean, and track registration and insurance.

Required profile

• Reliable driver with a clean record, own vehicle, and willingness to use it for school runs and errands.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient, and safety‑oriented, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Warm, dependable, and comfortable interacting with children and teens.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on punctuality and time management.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and maintain meticulous kitchen hygiene.
• Authorized to work in the United States and up‑to‑date on recommended vaccinations.

What we offer

• Compensation of $40–$50 per hour, based on experience.
