Fall 2026 Logistics Co‑Op (Supply Chain)

About the role

This 2026 Fall Co‑Op supports Bosch Charleston’s logistics planning functions across supply chain, procurement planning, and production control. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced Logistics Engineers in a fast‑paced, high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update process documentation such as operator instructions, guides, and forms.
• Conduct process and gauge capability studies, OEE and line utilization analyses.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting specific problem areas and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and execute improvement proposals based on data‑driven analysis.
• Maintain PFMEA documentation and provide SPC overview responsibilities.
• Carry out asset and capacity studies, and assist with capital planning.
• Support product release activities including sample builds and PPAP.
• Participate in change‑management projects and react to quality concerns.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related engineering field.
• Strong passion for manufacturing excellence and system optimization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
