Factory Quality Specialist (Systems)

About the role

The Factory Quality Specialist (Systems) will support the Hartwell plant in implementing, coordinating and maintaining Nestlé Purina quality systems. The role includes documentation, auditing and acting as the Net Contents Specialist, while continuously improving compliance and quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support, audit and maintain Quality Systems on site, including the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), document control, change control, Food Safety Team agenda and Net Content Control.
• Assist in the yearly management review of Quality (MRQ) and develop Job Aids such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop, support and maintain internal and external quality auditing systems for the Hartwell site.
• Plan, schedule and manage factory internal audits, ensuring all audit documentation is current.
• Oversee the document change control program and manage data reporting for the Quality Data Collection System (QIR).
• Participate in Total Performance Management (TPM) activities, cost‑saving initiatives and related projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality systems, auditing, food safety, or quality document control within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.
