Facilities Management & Site Security Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities Management & Site Security Supervisor ensures the Oak Brook campus operates safely, efficiently, and securely, supporting over four hundred Bosch associates across offices, labs and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility maintenance programs covering electrical safety, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and security systems for a 108,000 sq ft campus.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of offices, labs and common areas, oversee external vendors (janitorial, waste, floral, vending) and coordinate renovation projects, budgeting and scheduling.
• Administer site physical security including card access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, key administration and incident response in line with regional security standards.
• Partner with HSE, Quality and local authorities for inspections, audits, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management and site security, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage external contractors, meet deadlines and handle budgetary responsibilities.

Required skills

• Electrical safety and coordination with certified electricians.
• HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and building systems knowledge.
• Physical security systems – access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, duress alarms.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• IT risk assessment and emergency recovery concepts for non‑desktop equipment.
