About the role

Join SALT Service Co as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, supporting the Facilities Manager with property upkeep, lawn care, and parts logistics. This position blends hands‑on maintenance with reliable material handling in a fast‑growing home‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks such as trash disposal, recycling organization, and minor repairs (woodwork, drywall, masonry).
• Operate a ride‑on mower and weed eater, and water lawns and flowerbeds, even in challenging weather.
• Run parts and material trips to vendors, technicians, or the warehouse as needed.
• Assist with general grounds care, including watering flowerbeds and maintaining equipment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and work in varied temperature and weather conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, safety‑mindset, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow oral or written instructions and work extended hours when required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
