Experiential Producer

About the role

Unboxed Group is seeking a full‑time Experiential Producer to join its New York office. You will be the operational heartbeat of immersive events, turning bold creative concepts into flawlessly executed experiences for iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts aligned with client goals.
• Support proposals, pitches and RFPs, ensuring clear alignment with client objectives.
• Source and evaluate vendors, venues and partners to meet creative and logistical requirements.
• Translate creative ideas into detailed production plans with tangible deliverables.
• Build and manage detailed project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Track timelines, anticipate delays, and keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee the entire production process from planning through on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Maintain quality, safety and creative standards across all production elements.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, vendors and clients, managing feedback and ensuring deliverables exceed expectations.
