Experiential Learning Specialist

About the role

The Experiential Learning Specialist promotes student success by providing accurate advisement and support throughout the experiential learning lifecycle. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students and experiential learning partners, ensuring smooth coordination from application to registration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chamberlain’s curriculum to guide students through experiential learning expectations.
• Prepare, document, track, and report placement data, identifying triggers for proactive outreach.
• Review and approve sites and preceptors, escalating issues to the academic team when needed.
• Coach students to overcome barriers and make appropriate resource referrals.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver an optimal student experience.
• Facilitate clinical affiliation agreements and support documentation for placements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
