Experienced McDonald's General Manager – Maine

About the role

We are seeking seasoned General Managers to lead our high‑volume McDonald’s restaurants across Maine. You will be responsible for delivering profitable operations while upholding the brand’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability and meet performance targets.
• Lead and develop a team of Department Managers covering People, Kitchen, and Guest Services.
• Set and monitor goals for each department, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Oversee hiring, training, and career development of Department and Shift Managers.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s operational standards and local health regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement improvement plans.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Experience managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Knowledge of fast‑food industry standards and procedures.
