About the role
Earth Drilling / Harris Exploration is hiring experienced drillers to operate Sonic, RC, and Core drilling equipment across the United States. The role offers competitive pay, overtime, and long‑term growth in a strong team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Sonic, RC, and/or Core drill rigs.
- Lead and work alongside drill crews safely and efficiently.
- Complete drilling logs and daily field reporting.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and troubleshooting.
- Travel and work across multiple U.S. states.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years drilling experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the U.S.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, days/nights, and overtime.
- Strong work ethic and safety mindset.
Required skills
- Sonic drilling equipment operation.
- RC drilling equipment operation.
- Core drilling equipment operation.
