Experience Associate

About the role

The Experience Associate serves as the first point of contact for Sentral’s guests and residents, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. This on‑site role combines hospitality, customer service, and community engagement to uphold Sentral’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a friendly, service‑first attitude and manage building access.
• Handle resident and guest communications, reservations, special requests, and “surprise and delight” moments.
• Maintain lobby and common‑area appearance, stock refreshment stations, and monitor amenity spaces for policy compliance.
• Assist the Experience Manager with scheduling, training, daily stand‑ups, and process development.
• Support sales tours, provide local area recommendations, and answer questions about Sentral’s homesharing program.
• Log service requests, coordinate with maintenance, and complete shift reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using Stayntouch hospitality platform.
