Experience Ambassador & Front Desk Agent

About the role

Sentral is looking for an Experience Ambassador who will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at one of its on‑site properties. The role blends hospitality, customer service, and community engagement to ensure a memorable stay for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name, provide a warm welcome, and manage building access using key‑system technology.
• Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and service requests while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Promote property amenities and local attractions, distribute marketing materials, and support resident retention through programming.
• Monitor lobby and common areas, restock refreshment stations, and keep entry spaces clean and inviting.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and any security incidents to management promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as package handling, light copying, and special projects as directed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and via phone or email.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
