About the role
The Executive Vice President at PakLab will lead the company’s sales function, driving revenue growth and aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships and ensuring long‑term commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the audit committee to prepare budgets and analyse financial performance.
- Set departmental goals, monitor progress, and evaluate results against company mission.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, and R&D to support customer needs and project delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for executive leadership.
- Represent PakLab at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Implement tools, processes, and technologies to improve sales productivity and reporting.
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with Finance to maximise profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales or supply‑chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large, strategic accounts.
