Executive Support Senior Program Manager – Tech Advisor

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior program manager to lead the technical security solutions that protect our executives, their families, and their assets outside the corporate environment. Reporting to the Protective Services Lead, you will own the design, deployment, and lifecycle of residential and travel security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and manage residential security systems (cameras, alarms, access control, sensor networks) for assigned executive homes.
• Develop and harden home network architectures, aligning with corporate IT/InfoSec standards where applicable.
• Oversee travel‑security technology, including secure communications provisioning, single‑use hardware, and rapid‑deployment kits for temporary properties.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and installation schedules for all personal security technology.
• Maintain system health monitoring, perform managed maintenance, and keep as‑built documentation up to date.
• Coordinate decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change.
• Serve as the first point of contact for executive and family requests, resolving issues directly or escalating to the Protective Services Lead as needed.

Required profile

• Strong judgment to balance technical decisions with strategic security policies.
• Excellent documentation skills for audit‑ready records.
