Executive Services Program Manager

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Executive Services Program Manager to join its rapidly expanding Global Safety, Intelligence & Security (GSIS) function in Boston. Reporting to the Protective Service Senior Manager, you will operate at the intersection of corporate security fundamentals and program‑management execution, delivering defined policy, process and reporting components that enable the function to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the policy and procedure library for an assigned GSIS sub‑domain, following the manager’s framework and flagging gaps.
• Support GSIS metrics and reporting by compiling operational health and status updates on a regular cadence.
• Execute tasks for building new capabilities under close direction, contributing to documentation and training materials.
• Serve as first point of contact for lower‑complexity stakeholder requests, resolving clear issues and escalating others with context.
• Contribute to audit‑ready documentation using existing templates and standards.
• Own specific workstreams in low‑ to moderate‑complexity cross‑functional GSIS projects.

Required profile

• Program‑management experience in or adjacent to corporate/physical security.
• Experience contributing to personal security programs or capability builds in high‑growth environments, including documentation, playbooks, or training.
• Familiarity with at least one GSIS domain and willingness to quickly gain fluency in others.
